Solid Waste Container Repair/Replacement Request Form
Requests are processed Monday through Friday, excluding City Holidays. You will be contacted within 3 business days via e-mail. At that time you will be provided with your repair/replacement date.
Please be aware that containers that are lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair will be replaced with a reconditioned container.

To request a repair/replacement waste container, please complete the form below. Complete the form for ONE container only. If you have more than one container needing repair, you will need to complete the form again for each container in need of repair.
