Drop-In Program

June 1, 2020 – July 9, 2020 
Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

This exciting program offers a full schedule of on-site activities and field trips throughout the week. The program features arts and crafts, group games and free play to help kids have a fun-filled summer and experience new and old recreational activities. Optional off-site field trips are offered throughout the week for an additional cost. Trip information is below and will also be available at the sites.

Supply Fee (includes t-shirt):   $90 for Residents and Non-Residents (same cost)
All payments for registrations and field trips will not be accepted at sites. Payment must be paid before 5 a.m. the day of the trip.

ATTENTION:    If you have NOT logged into your on-line account since January 7, 2019 you may NOT have access to the new system .  Please check to make sure you can log into your account BEFORE you attempt to register or you WILL experience delays as you will need to call the Admin office to set up a new account or reset your password. 

Program Note: This program is a drop-in program. The children may leave of their own volition. If this is not a program for you and your child, please refer to the City of Peoria Summer Camp program. LATE PICK-UPS: This policy is strictly enforced, so make arrangements for your child to be picked up no later than 3:00 p.m.

SPECIAL NEEDS: If your child has a disability that would necessitate some assistance and has access to DDD funding, call Jodi-Roth Jones at 623-773-7719. If you do not have DDD funding and would like a reasonable modification, call Kathleen Kresl at 623-773-7108, Children attending the program must be able to toilet, dress and feed themselves independently.

Lunch

Children need to bring a non-perishable lunch each day they attend.

Trip registration accepted ONLINE ONLY; no trip registrations available at the site.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR MISSED TRIPS OR TRANSFERS.

Register for field trips
Participants registered in the Summer Recreation program can participate in the daily field trips for an additional fee and the programming at sites. Transportation and supervision is provided for all field trips. Dates, fees, packages & times may change.


Rio Vista Day Camp

July 30 & 31, 2020: 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., at the Rio Vista Recreation Center, 8866 W. Thunderbird Rd.
This program is an extension of our Summer Recreation program. $25 per day. This camp gives kids, kindergarten through 12 years old, access to various amenities offered and have the opportunity to participate in dodgeball, video games, arts/crafts, movies and much more. Note this camp will be capped at 150 participants.
