Any schedule changes submitted in the month of August 2019 or January 2020 will be FREE. As of September 1, 2019 or February 1, 2020, the first two schedule changes per child will be free. All additional schedule changes will be charged $10.00 per change.
New Registration Policy
All registrations require 2 business days processing time before child can start the program.
HOW TO REGISTER:STEP 1: Register your child on-line. (Please use CHROME as your internet browser) A $20 registration fee will be required for all participants. Register by July 25 and receive $15 off. Discount will be applied at checkout. If you do not already have an on-line account, please call the Neighborhood and Human services offices at 623-773-7137 to have an account created for you. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 7 am to 6 pm (except holidays)
STEP 2: Complete the Emergency Information form and provide a copy of your child's current immunization records. This information can be turned into the Neighborhood and Human Services office (formerly Community Services) or your child's Summer Camp, Summer Rec or AM/PM program. Children may not attend the program without this information completed and turned in. Registration requires 48 hours for processing and therefore must be received within 48 business hours before the child's start date. DES registrations CANNOT be completed until authorization is received. Please contact your account representative as soon as possible as this will affect your child's ability to start the program.
STEP 3: Upon receipt of your on-line submittal, staff will process your child's weekly schedule and charge your first week's fees to the payment method you provide during registration. You will then receive an e-mailed receipt of these charges.

Enroll your kids to explore new experiences and expand learning in a supervised, safe and secure environment. This program, co-sponsored with the Peoria Unified School District, is the perfect solution for working parents in need of childcare before and after school. Children experience a variety of activities before and/or after school as an alternate to daycare. The program provides a well-rounded, daily core schedule throughout the year and features activities such as arts and crafts, games, events, field trips during school breaks, outdoor activities and more. AM/PM features licensed staff, nutritious snack and a well-balanced program. Recreational instructors also visit the sites each week to teach specialty classes.
All sites are licensed by the Department of Health Services (DHS). A parent or authorized person on the emergency form must sign the child in and out of the program each day. Department of Economic Security (DES) funding is available for those that qualify by calling (602) 771-0014. .
HELP WANTED: Peoria’s Before and After School Programs Needs Recreation Leaders
We are looking for individuals who are good with children, enjoy helping children participate in a variety of programs and activities and are looking for a great work environment. The AM/PM program provides elementary school-aged children with a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, games, events, field trips during school breaks, outdoor activities and more at 22 Peoria Unified School District elementary schools before and after school. Employment opportunities are available for the position of Recreation Leaders I to support the program and assist the Recreation Leader III responsible for an AM/PM site. AM/PM Program Usage Fees
A $20 non-refundable registration fee is due at registration. Program fees are charged automatically each week on MONDAY of the week of participation. Register by July 25 and receive $15 off. Discount automatically applied at checkout. A $20 late fee will be assessed on Wednesday for any payments that have been declined and still outstanding.
Fulltime $65 (NOT available for PT participants)
IMPORTANT: Notify the child’s teacher when a change occurs in their AM/PM or pickup schedule.

Early Release Mondays (1:00/1:40 p.m.) & Early Release Days (11:00/11:40)
Participants enrolled in a part time schedule pay $15 for PM program on all Early Release days. A non-perishable sack lunch will be required.
Parent Teacher Conference Days
Children will be released at 10:00/10:40 a.m. from school on October 10 & 11 and February 13 & 14. AM/PM will be available at that time. All participants enrolled in FULL TIME care will not be charged an extra fee. All Part Time participants will be charged $15 for the PM care. Children are required to bring a non-perishable lunch.

To register a child, secure your spot by registering your child on-line. Complete the Emergency and Immunization Form, leaving no blanks, with four emergency contacts and provide a copy of child’s immunization record. Copies of immunization records and emergency forms are required every school year. Children may not attend the program without this information. Please review our Personal Electronic Device Policy regarding the use of cell phones, tablets, and mobile devices. It is also available in the parent handbook (PDF).

Licensed child care during school breaks that coincide with the PUSD calendar but not federal holidays. Includes scheduled field trips, site events and activities.
Weekly payments will not be accepted at AM/PM school sites. New registrations will be accepted with a check or money order only.

- Some form of automatic payment is REQUIRED, however if you would rather pay in cash, payments can be made at the following sites:

AM/PM Program Registration and Financial Policies
Addressed below are several of our program policies in order to avoid misunderstanding. All of our AM/PM policies and rules are available in the Parent Handbook (PDF). You can also read a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the program.
- Enrollment fees
The registration fee is due at the time of enrollment. The weekly usage fee is based on the schedule indicated on your child's on-line registration. After completing the on-line registration, staff will process your child's schedule and will charge the first week's fees to the payment form you provided at the time of registration.
- Program fees
Program fees are automatically charged each week on MONDAY of the week of participation. A $20 late fee will be assessed on Wednesday for any payments that are declined and still outstanding, Audits are performed at the end of each month and all extra days attended will be charged to the payment form provided during registration.
No refunds or credits will be given due to absence or illness. You can avoid being charged for any day(s) your child will not attend by completing a schedule change form online or at your AM/PM site by 12 noon Thursday prior to the week you are changing. No verbal changes will be accepted.
- Schedule Changes/Additions
Any deviation/change to the schedule submitted on the enrollment form must be submitted through the online form by 12 pm Thursday prior to the week the changes are to take effect. Any schedule changes submitted in the month of August 2019 and/or January 2020 will be FREE. As of September 1, 2019 and/or February 1, 2020, the first two schedule changes per child will be free. All additional schedule changes will be charged $10.00 per child. No verbal changes will be accepted. If your child needs to attend on short notice, parents must call the AM/PM site and your child’s teacher to make arrangements for the child to attend the program. - Delinquent Accounts
Any account balances more than one week past due will result in ineligibility to participate in the program. The account balance and all applicable fees must be paid in full before returning to the program.
