The City of Peoria will be hosting a Family & Youth Resource Fair at the new Community Assistance Resource Center, located at Peoria Community Center. Join us at this free event to make the connections you need to succeed! Our nonprofit partners and other organizations will be onsite to provide services, educational presentations, informational handouts and giveaways. Bring the family! A Kids Fun Zone will be available for youth ages 5-12. Whatever your need, we will have the resources available to help you build a healthy family and a stronger community! Submit an RSVP online.

Take Charge America is a Phoenix-based, nonprofit financial education and credit counseling agency. We help clients in Arizona and throughout the country learn about budgeting, saving money and managing personal debt. Our debt management plans can help people completely pay off credit card debt more quickly than doing it on their own.

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) will be presenting on our model of care, services and programs we have to offer, upcoming changes with AHCCCS Works, what the different affordability programs like AHCCCS are, how to apply, and direction to stay and apply for benefits application on site!
Since 1997, Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) has provided affordable, high-quality healthcare services to Maricopa County. Our model of care places patients’ needs at the center of attention as we deliver comprehensive health services including medical, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, prenatal care, and community resource programs.
NOAH offers enrollment assistance to individuals and families in need of health and community resources. Our community resource specialists assist with enrollment of:
- AHCCCS Medical Assistance (Medicaid)
- Temporary Cash Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Health Insurance Marketplace
- Medicare Savings Program
Insurance and Payment
NOAH accepts most insurance plans, AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid) plans, and Medicare.
NOAH accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. If you are eligible, our discount program allows you to pay reduced rates.
