City Maintained Parks, Right-of-Way and Buildings
City staff executes the graffiti eradication within all City Maintained Parks, Right of Ways and Buildings within 48 hours of the initial report.
Private and Commercial Property
Peoria City Code Chapter 17-3; No owner or occupant of a building, structure or land within the City shall permit or fail to eradicate graffiti, as defined in section 13-68 of this code, on any building, structure, wall, sidewalk, fence, sign or other surface visible from any street or other public or private property.
