What is graffiti? Graffiti is any writing, drawing, or painting done without permission and visible to the public. Graffiti is often done in alleys or on walls, fences, buildings, or other public/private property. Peoria takes graffiti seriously and strives to remove or remediate instances of graffiti quickly. There are several options for how to report graffiti in Peoria, AZ.

How to report graffiti:

City Maintained Parks, Right-of-Way and Buildings

City staff executes the graffiti eradication within all City Maintained Parks, Right of Ways and Buildings within 48 hours of the initial report.

Private and Commercial Property

Peoria City Code Chapter 17-3; No owner or occupant of a building, structure or land within the City shall permit or fail to eradicate graffiti, as defined in section 13-68 of this code, on any building, structure, wall, sidewalk, fence, sign or other surface visible from any street or other public or private property.

Graffiti Removal Consent & Liability Waiver

Property owners can view and download this waiver for the remediation of graffiti on their property by city staff.
