Peoria Municipal Court is limiting its operations to only essential functions and is closed to the general public during this public health emergency until further notice. Peoria Municipal Court will be postponing cases and court staff is in the process of rescheduling them for later dates following a notice via mail that includes the reset date. Defendants are directed to call the Court at 623-773-7400 regarding the rescheduled court date.
All Court services are still available by phone, fax, email, mail, and a drop box at the front entry.

New changes to the protective order process begin January 1, 2020. Through an interview with AZPOINT, you can quickly and accurately fill out the forms that are needed to request an Order of Protection at an Arizona court.
