Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requires that all municipal sites and facilities be evaluated for accessibility to the programs and services provided, including those that existed before 1992. The definition of programs and services is broad and includes public parks and recreation operations, libraries, and the many other opportunities made available for the enjoyment of our residents and registrants by the Community Services Department. The City of Peoria contracted with Recreation Accessibility Consultants, LLC to conduct the audit in 2013. Below is the list of reports for each facility audited.
