Fall registration is available ON-LINE ONLY from July 15 to September 2.   In-person and over the phone registrations will be taken September 3  through September 9 at 5 p.m..  (No discounts will be give after September 2)    

REGISTRATION FEE:  $75 residents/ $105 Non-residents

Register before September 2 and receive $20 off of your registration.

*Children will be placed on a waitlist following the deadline. **No requests are guaranteed.**

Teams will be formed based on your closest elementary schools.  Special requests received before the deadline will be considered, but are not guaranteed.  Practices will be scheduled by the Volunteer Coaches beginning the week of September 21 

Please make sure  you are registering for the proper age/gender for your child.  Children may not play in a younger age group, however, they may play up if they are less than 12 months from the age cut off date and meet the minimum age requirement for the sport.  (ex. An 8 year old may play 9-10 soccer, but a 4 year old cannot play 5-6 soccer).  The age of the child on the first game day, October 3rd, will determine the age group you must register for.  (ex. if your child is 9 on the first game day they need to be registered for the 9 year old division).

  • Call Customer Service staff at 623-773-7137 during business hours (Monday-Thursday,7am-6pm).

The RESIDENT RATE APPLIES if where you permanently reside or live is located within the corporate limits of the City of Peoria and you pay property taxes to the City. Proof of residency is required at the time of registration. Acceptable proof is a copy of your property tax statement showing the physical location of your residence or we can look this up at http://www.maricopa.gov/Assessor/GIS/map.html 

County Island residents who do not pay taxes directly to the City of Peoria are not eligible for the resident rate. Children who attend schools in the Peoria Unified School District are not automatically considered Peoria residents – the above mentioned residency requirement still applies.
