CONSENT AGENDA:  All items listed with “C” are considered to be routine or have been previously 
reviewed by the City Council, and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate 
discussion of these items unless a Councilmember so requests; in which event the item will be 
removed from the General Order of Business, and considered in its normal sequence on the Agenda.

CONSENT – New Business:

1C	Authorization to Hold an Executive Session - PASSED

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03: Discussion and possible action to authorize the holding of an 
Executive Session for the purpose of: 

a)	Consultation with legal counsel regarding the possible acquisition of real property 
located in the vicinity of 83rd Avenue and Mariners Way for a public purpose. (Pursuant to A.R.S. 
§ 38-431.03(A)(7)).

b)	Discussion with Legal Counsel for legal advice pertaining to the City’s position on a 
proposed Economic Development Incentive and Investment Agreement pursuant to the City’s Economic 
Development Incentive and Investment Policy (EDIIP) with an undesignated applicant that proposes 
to establish a commercial business operation in the vicinity of Thunderbird Road and the Loop 101. 
(Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(4)).
