Discussion and possible action to approve the Peoria Public Housing Authority’s Fiscal Year 
2011 bad debt write offs and the submission and implementation of the Peoria Public Housing 
Authority’s Fiscal Year 2012 operating budget to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban 
Development (HUD).

4R	PUBLIC HOUSING AUTHORITY IGA AMENDMENT

Discussion and possible action to approve the Intergovernmental Agreement amendment between 
the City of Peoria and Housing Authority of Maricopa County; removing management services 
for the Housing Choice Voucher Program.

5R	ANAYLSIS OF IMPEDIMENTS TO FAIR HOUSING CHOICE

Discussion and possible action to approve the implementation and submission of the City of 
Peoria’s Analysis to Impediments to Fair Housing Choice to the U.S. Department of Housing 
and Urban Development (HUD).

6R	HABITAT FOR HUMANITY CENTRAL ARIZONA

Discussion and possible action to approve Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona’s request to 
amend existing CDBG and HOME Program grants from Land Acquisition and Infrastructure 
Development Program to Acquisition, Infrastructure Development, Rehabilitation, Resell and 
Homebuyer Assistance Program.
