PUBLIC HEARING CU11-0007:  Arizona Natural Selections Patient Center is requesting a Conditional 
Use Permit to allow a medical marijuana dispensary on an Intermediate Commercial (C-2) zoned 
property. The property is located at the southeast corner of Loop-101 and Peoria Avenue, 9275 W. 
Peoria Avenue.

Commission Action:  Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of a request from 
Arizona Natural Selections Patient Center for a Conditional Use Permit to allow  a  medical

allow a medical marijuana dispensary on an Intermediate Commercial (C-2) zoned property. The 
property is located north of the northwest corner of Lake Pleasant Road and Beardsley Road, 
20340 N. Lake Pleasant Road.
