3R	PUBLIC HEARING:   City of Peoria Text Amendment.  

PUBLIC HEARING  - TA10-0131:  The City of Peoria has initiated a text amendment to Article 
14-22A (Hillside Overlay District) of the Zoning Ordinance.  The amendment will amend the 
Hillside Development criteria within the City of Peoria.

Commission Action:  Discussion and possible action to recommend approval of a request from the 
City of Peoria to amend Article 14-22A (Hillside Overlay District) of the Zoning Ordinance. 
Unanimously approved 5-0.

including Chairman, Vice-Chairman, and Secretary.
