Managers, Parents and Players:
Welcome to the Super Series
Winter Nationals. The Peoria Sports Complex is the premiere Major League Baseball facility in the nation.
Winter National Championship Events run December 27, 2007
through January 3, 2008 (January 3 is the tournament's rain
out date).
Thursday, December 27 –
Team Check in Procedures
Each team will be assigned a check in and team picture time ranging from 10
am– 2 pm, at Peoria Sports Complex, Main Stadium – Gate B. All Players must be present and in uniform for check in and team pictures at assigned time.
Managers must submit ALL of the following at
check in:
1) Original State Birth Certificates for all roster players. Hospital certificates ARE NOT acceptable. For ages 16 and above – showing a state driver’s license is an acceptable replacement for an original birth certificate. All originals will be immediately returned to the coach.
2) Copies of original Birth Certificates or driver’s licenses.
3) Two Super Series Team Rosters. Make sure that they are updated. Any player additions or deletions must be made through the ONLINE Roster Control Panel. NO Handwritten changes or entries will be accepted on any team roster at check-in. Player names listed on rosters must match names on birth certificates.
4) Certificate of Team/Player insurance. Certificate must display coverage dates through the entire tournament. Super Series Baseball and the City of Peoria, Arizona must be listed as an additional insured.
5) Questioned Identity – Super Series wishes to insure fairness. If the identity of a player is questioned, we will ask to see the original Social Security Card for any players 15 years of age or younger. For players 16 and older, a driver’s license or state issued ID with photo will be required. Director will ask to see a Social Security Card, state issued identification card or Diver’s License.
6) Players unable to make check in will not play until they check in with the Tournament Director. Players not checked in by 2nd pool game will not be allowed to participate in the tournament.

Managers Meeting and Opening Ceremonies

3:00 pm - Mandatory Managers’ Meeting
Mandatory Managers’ Meeting will be held at the Peoria Sports Complex
in the seating bowl of the Main Stadium. Max of two (2) representatives per team. Coaches will receive tournament schedules and
other pertinent information at this time.

3:00 pm – Team Moms’ Meeting - 9U, 10U and 12U
3:30 pm - Team Moms’ Meeting - 14U
and 15U
Team Moms’ meeting will be held at the Peoria Sports Complex inside
the Auxiliary Clubhouse. Max of two (2) representatives per team.
Get all the information you need to keep your team busy off
the field, from the best restaurants to other
extra-curricular activities.
4:30 pm – Opening Ceremonies
Teams must line up for the parade outside the right field
gate of Peoria Stadium at 4:00 pm.
6:00 pm - Castles N' Coasters Super Series Night
