Rio Vista Recreation
Center Rental Information & Fees
Rio Vista Recreation Center offers 4 room choices available for rent. They include Lakeview, East Brook, West Brook and Riverside.
Beautifully situated
with commanding views of the lake and park,
the Lakeview Room in Rio Vista Recreation Center is a special location for that special occasion. Your rental fees include the use of the adjoining outside patio, tables and chairs and use of the catering kitchen.
Caterers have been contracted for the use of
rentals. Outside food and drink are not
permitted without the use of one of the
approved caterers.

Damage deposits are refundable provided there is no damage or rule infractions

Smoking is not permitted on the premises

The Recreation Center is located in a
very popular community park. Parking is
available but cannot be guaranteed
within close proximity to the facility.
Factors which impact parking are
numerous and include time of year, time
of day, park events and popularity of
the facility itself.

Rental damage
deposit is $350. Two hour minimum
Monday-Thursday, Four hour minimum
Friday-Sunday.
Included at no
additional cost:
Tables, chairs, microphones, podium, LCD
player and screens. Room is capable of
showing presentations and DVDs.
IPOD and
laptop ports provided as well.
Update on
Eastbrook, Westbrook, & Riverside Meeting
Rooms:
If you need a place for a business meeting
or small group activity, the Rio Vista Recreation Center also offers three meeting sized rooms; East Brook, West Brook and Riverside. The East and West Brook rooms are 540 sq ft each and the Riverside Room is 565 sq ft. The East and West Brook rooms can be combined for a larger meeting space.
All three rooms are intended for meetings
rather than celebrations.

Information
Peoria Resident: A resident rate is based upon the physical address with in the City of Peoria Boundary map. Proof of residency such as a utility bill or rental agreement is required at the time the contract is completed.
Non-Resident: Individual living outside the City of Peoria Boundary Map. This includes residents of other cities who may have a Peoria mailing address.
Non-Profit: A registered non-profit organization that is established in Maricopa County. Lessee must provide copy of 501(c)3 and payment must be from organization's check or credit card.
Peoria Commercial: A for profit business which is located in the City of Peoria Boundary Map and registered with the City of Peoria. Payment must be made on a company check or credit card.
