Parent Participation
Parental support and involvement is very important to the success of Little Learners and
enhances the quality of the learning environment for the children. Parents participate in
the program by providing snacks, attending fieldtrips, and helping with various projects
throughout the year.
Fees:
A $20
NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee and the first week participation fee are
required at the time of registration for all participants. Participation fees are then due
each Thursday for the following week. Late payment and
late pick-up fees also apply. DES funding is available for qualified participants.
Participation fees:
$9 per day
$45 weekly
Extended Care
Extended morning care is now available from 6:30am to 9am for $5/day.
Parents will need to register the child for the morning program at Paseo
Verde (the morning program is the AM time slot for the AM/PM program
provided to Paseo Verde students grades kindergarten to 5th grade.
Please keep in mind that your child will be in the same room as the AM/PM
students)

day, 7 days a week using your touch tone phone

and pay your bill on-line!
Registration:
Registration is ongoing throughout the school year on a space available basis and requires
an immunization record and four (4) emergency contacts other than parents. Registration
forms are available at the Community Services Office at City Hall or Peoria Community
Center. Please call for availability and registration information.
