A two-wheeled shopping cart is recommended. * If a client needs a personal care attendant, notify the Reservation’s Office. * Drivers are not permitted to assist wheelchair clients up or down stairs, nor are they permitted to enter a residence or destination point beyond the entry door. * Avoid blocking the aisle with objects/parcels. * Avoid prolonged conversations with the driver. * Always use earphones with your music player. * Stay seated until vehicle is completely stopped. * Keep your shirt and your shoes on at all times. * Never carry any type of weapon on the vehicle. * Always have your fare, pass and ID ready for the driver. * Offer front seats to the elderly and disabled.
