Permit Applications/  Guides (revision date)

ALL full size (24" x 36") plans must be folded to 9" x 12" maximum size. Plan sets with multiple pages must be collated and stapled. As of July 2007, No Mailing Lists or envelopes are required with submittals. Guides reflecting this change are in the process of being updated. Please Note: After September 15, 2007, ONLY the updated Sign Permit Application will be accepted for all Sign Permts.  All other applications are shown below.
