Pass Holder Age Access Information
The Rio Vista
Recreation Center adheres to the guidelines
below pertaining to age access in the pass
holder area.
Parent or legal
guardian must bring in a copy of the child's
birth certificate as proof of age.
A Daily Pass for a
Minor waiver must be on file before a 13 or
14 year old may use the first floor
amenities without a parent or legal guardian
present.
An adult over the age
of 19 may supervise in place of a parent or
legal guardian if the child has the proper
documentation on file.

Waiver
8 and under:
• Permitted access to 1st floor amenities
with the direct supervision of a parent or
legal guardian. Permitted access to 2nd
floor Walking Track during Family Track
Hours with direct supervision of a parent or
legal guardian. (Direct supervision is
defined as physically present in the same
activity area as the child.)
Or
• Children ages 2-8 may take advantage of
the Kid’s Corner during posted hours. (Fee:
$3 for 2 hour time period)
9-12 years:
• Permitted to use all
1st floor amenities with a parent or legal
guardian in the building. Permitted access
to 2nd floor Walking Track during Family
Track Hours with direct supervision of a
parent or legal guardian. (Direct
supervision is defined as physically present
in the same activity area as the child.)
13-14 years:
• Permitted to use all
1st floor amenities. No parent or legal
guardian is required.
And
• May Access 2nd floor fitness equipment
upon completion of a fitness orientation and
accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
15 and older:
• Access to the entire
facility without a parent or legal guardian
present is permitted.
