Rules:

• Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult or responsible person who is at least 13 years old.

• Watch your children at all times. No Park Attendant will supervise your children. Be considerate of others when using facility.

• No cloth diapers. Babies, toddlers and children recently graduated from diapers must wear “swim” pants.

• No glass allowed.

• No pets allowed.

• No food or beverages allowed.

• No jumping, climbing or hanging from play area features. 

• No running or rough play.

• Areas may be slippery when wet.

• No skateboards, roller-blades, roller-skates or bicycles.

• No foul language or excessively loud behavior. 

• Park Personnel may shutdown any Splash Park features without notice to maintain it. Please comply with personnel’s directions to keep our Splash Park play area clean and safe.

• City of Peoria is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
