Seal Coat Project Maps Update 3/11/15 Completion

Public Works Paving Project in Esquire Manor Estates
The City of Peoria, through its contractor, J. Banicki Construction, Inc., recently began a project to remove and replace asphalt in the Esquire Manor Estates community.

Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation during the Esquire Manor Paving Project. Beginning Wednesday, February 18, the City of Peoria's contractor, J. Banicki Construction, Inc., will restart construction on your roads. We will be adding a concrete mix to the soils, and compacting that mix. This will take about one week to dry and "cure" then they will pave.

During the cure time, roads will be open to local traffic. This additional work will take approximately 20 working days so we anticipate completion of the project on or about March 20, 2015.

Please observe posted speed limits, construction signs and directions of flaggers when on site.
Please do not park in the street during construction as we need full access to do this work.

Place your trash container on the street by 6:00 AM on collection days. All other services have been coordinated.

For more information, call J. Banicki Construction, Inc., 602-399-0119
