About the Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center's responsibilities are:

  • Utility Services -  collect user’s fees for water, wastewater and solid waste; initiate and process applications for starting and terminating utility services; initiate service orders for delivery of solid waste containers; install, repair and replace water meters, investigate water leaks, and resolve customer complaints.
Start or Stop Utility Services
  • Sales Tax - process sales tax and business license applications and issue licenses; process and verify sales tax returns.

We are here to assist you in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.  Closed Fridays.
