Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1: Discussion and possible action to authorize holding an Executive Session for the purpose of discussion or consideration of assignment, appointment, promotion, or salary of a public officer or appointee pertaining to the evaluation process and performance of the City Manager.
