Adult Swim and Fitness Classes - Spring 2011

 

Deep Water Aerobics - This class tones, firms and improves the cardiovascular system.  Participants must be comfortable in the deep water and provide their own water belt.  Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30pm - 7:30pm at Sunrise Pool.  Session Fee (4 classes) $24 residents/$30 non-residents.  Spring Season Pass (16 classes) $80 residents/$100 non-residents.  $8 drop in fee.

Lap Swimming - One lane will be available for lap swim during spring swim lessons at Centennial Pool (Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-7:00pm).  Fees are collected at the gate ($1.50/adults) or season passes may be purchased ($20 individual/$60 family).  Passes are good for open swim throughout the summer season at all 3 pools.  See Open Swim schedule for more details.

Lap Swimming - One lane will be available for lap swim during all open swim hours.  Lap swim is also available during swim lessons at Centennial Pool.  Fees are collected at the gate ($1.50/adults) or season passes may be purchased ($20 individual/$60 family).  Passes are good at all 3 pools.

 

Adult Swim Lessons - This class is designed for adults with no swimming experience or those looking to refine their techniques.  Lessons will be geared towards the individual swimmer.  Classes are Monday-Thursday* for 2 weeks, and fees are $18 residents/$25 non-residents.

Water Aerobics - This 60-minute class is geared for those wanting an aerobic workout in the water.  No experience is necessary, but participants should be comfortable in chest deep water.  Classes are taught by Water Safety Instructors, are held Monday-Thursday for 2 weeks and fees are $30 residents/$50 non-residents.
