Fit After 50
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:15 - 9:15 a.m. Offered year-round, this class is a thorough resistance-training program using weights, dynabands and balls for muscular strengthening and stretching, followed by a lively low impact cardiovascular workout. No pre-registration required. Instructors: Tammy Bielewicz & Maxine Morse.
Chair Exercises
Tuesdays & Thursdays 10:00 -10:30 a.m.
Improve your posture! A compact 30 minute routine performed "in the chair" using therabands. Led by a volunteer. FREE!
Tai Chi

Line Dance Level I
Line Dance I will introduce basic terminology, steps, and patterns. Dancers in this class can expect to bridge to the next level of dance by the end of the 6 week session. Click on title for dates and details.
Mondays 9:30 -11:30 am
Line Dance II
Line Dance II is designed for dancers who have basic knowledge of dance terminology and some previous experience. Dances will range from beginner to beginner plus in difficulty level. Click on title for dates and details.
