Inspections

 

Our building inspection staff performs all required inspections for all new and remodeled residences, commercial buildings, tenant improvements, manufactured homes, swimming pools and other structures to ensure they are built in compliance with all building codes and City approved plans.

 

All of our inspectors are certified through the International Code Council (ICC) for the work that they are responsible to inspect and are professionals in their field.

 

Hours of operation for the building inspectors are:  6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday (closed holidays)
