After clicking on a link on the Agenda, return to the Agenda by utilizing one of the following steps:

  • Utilizing the toolbar at the top of the document, change the page number in the white box (in the middle-left of the screen) to  page 1 (or any other desired page in the document), hit “Return”, or

Vistancia Community Facilities District (VCFD) Agenda Packets

 

Community Facilities Districts provide a method of financing, constructing, maintaining and operating public improvements in undeveloped areas of the City. The Vistancia Community Facilities District (VCFD) was established on October 15, 2002 to assist in financing certain infrastructure improvements necessary for development of the 7,100 acre Vistancia development. For the Vistancia Community Facilities District, Council has chosen to serve as the District Board.
