Traffic on 91st Avenue at Union Hills Drive will be one lane in each direction the week of Oct. 26 so that a city contractor can upgrade a storm drain there. A 42-inch storm drain will replace a 36-inch version. There is a 24-hour hot line (1-877-349-1433) for people with questions or concerns about the drainage project.
