Dear Peoria Resident:

The City of Peoria Utilities Department's mission is to maintain and operate the City's water and wastewater system to provide healthful, potable water and wastewater services to our customers.

The Utilities Department has prepared the following survey to allow Peoria residents (and non-residents who receive services) a means of contacting the department directly with your evaluation of the service provided. The results of this survey will be provided to the City Manager, the Deputy City Managers, and the Utilities Director and will be made available on the Peoria website at www.peoriaaz.gov.
