ROSE GARDEN LANE CHANNEL
Project Description
The Rose Garden Lane
Channel is one of several individual drainage projects
recommended in the Glendale-Peoria Area Drainage Master Plan.
The purpose of this project is to intercept drainage north of
Rose Garden Lane and west of 95th Avenue and convey the flow to
the Agua Fria River. Project elements include a drainage
channel, box culverts, laterals, catch basins, and a large
retention basin.

Project
Status
The
Flood Control District of Maricopa County completed the design
in August 2006. Utility relocations are under way and are
expected to continue through November 2006. The anticipated
construction start date is April 2007.
