1C  Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.7: Discussion and possible action to authorize the holding of an Executive Session for the purpose of discussion and consultation with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiations for the purchase, sale or lease of real property in the vicinity of 83^rd Avenue and Peoria Avenue and 81^st Avenue and Grand Avenue.

Note:  Executive Session will be held after the adjournment of the 4:00 p.m. City Council Special Study Session and Meeting.
