(LCON13208) Discussion and possible action to accept the Arizona State Forester’s Cooperative Fire Rate Agreement (01-1396-08) between the Arizona State Forestry Division and the City of Peoria Fire Department. (LCON07300C) Discussion and possible action to approve a one-year term contract in the amount of $47,733.47, with the option of four one-year extensions, with Swaine Asphalt Corporation for speed humps, speed tables and speed cushions. (LCON13308) Discussion and possible action to approve Contract Amendment No. 5 in the amount of $758,558 to Carter-Burgess for design services for the Beardsley Road Extension, 83rd Avenue Median; Beardsley Road to Village Parkway; and New River Trail – Connection and Beardsley Trailhead. (LCON08003E) 6C Contract Amendment, Wood, Patel and Associates, Rose Garden Lane Drainage Project Discussion and possible action to approve Contract Amendment No. 7 in the not-to-exceed amount of $6,989 with Wood, Patel and Associates for waterline re-design and submittal for Maricopa County Environmental Services Department approval for the Rose Garden Lane Drainage project. (LCON06804G) 7C Authorize Expenditure, Agave Environmental, Inc, Irrigation and Landscape, New River Trail Discussion and possible action to: a) Authorize an expenditure in the amount of $116,475 to Agave Environmental, Inc. for installation of irrigation and landscape along the west side of the New River Trail; and b) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $126,250 from the General Fund Contingency account to accounts within the Rivers and Trails Development Impact Fee Fund, New River Trails, Landscape Project. 8C Authorize Expenditure, Council District Funds, Desert Harbor Drive Discussion and possible action to authorize expenditures up to $20,000 in Council District Funds to upgrade landscaping near Desert Harbor Drive, directly adjacent to the pedestrian trail and Agua Fria riverbed in accordance with Peoria Police Department recommendations. 9C Establish New Classifications Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation of the Personnel Review Committee regarding the establishment of new classifications in the Information Technology Department and Police Department. 10C Deeds and Easements, Various Locations Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 08-92 accepting Deeds and Easements for various real property interests acquired by the City and previously recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office. 11C Designate Roadways, Establish Rights-of-Way, Various Locations Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 08-93 designating various real properties to be used as City roadways and authorize the establishment of public rights-of-way to be opened and maintained by the City as public streets. 12C Map of Dedication, Olive Avenue and 71st Avenue Discussion and possible action to approve the Map of Dedication for Olive Avenue at 71st Avenue, located near the southwest corner of Olive Avenue and 71st Avenue, subject to stipulations.
