1C   Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.1: Discussion and possible action to authorize the holding of an Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the possible appointment of the City Manager.

Note: Executive Session will be held after the adjournment of the 5:00 p.m. Special City Council Meeting.

1C Authorization to Hold an Executive Session

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.3 and 38-431.03.A.5: Discussion and possible action to authorize the holding of an Executive Session for the purpose of:

a) Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice pertaining to public records;

b) Discussion and consultation with legal counsel for legal advice pertaining to referendum issues; and

c) Discussion and consultation with legal counsel and designated representatives of the public body pertaining to contract negotiations with employee organizations.

Note: Executive Session will be held after the adjournment of the 5:00 p.m. Special City Council Meeting.
