(LCON13208) 3C Intergovernmental Agreement Amendment, Arizona State Forester’s Cooperative Fire Rate Agreement, Arizona State Forestry Division Discussion and possible action to accept the Arizona State Forester’s Cooperative Fire Rate Agreement (01-1396-08) between the Arizona State Forestry Division and the City of Peoria Fire Department. (LCON07300C) 4C Contract, Swaine Asphalt Corporation, Traffic Calming Measures, 89th Avenue, Union Hills Drive to Bell Road Discussion and possible action to approve a one-year term contract in the amount of $47,733.47, with the option of four one-year extensions, with Swaine Asphalt Corporation for speed humps, speed tables and speed cushions. The total Fiscal Year 2009 Budget is $680,000,000, including $233,862,806 for program operations; $340,506,791 to support capital improvement projects, $52,780,403 for the payment of the City’s debt service obligation and an additional $52,850,000 from reserves for various contingency requirements. 22R PUBLIC HEARING - Capital Improvement Program, Fiscal Years 2009-2018 PUBLIC HEARING: RE: Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2009 -2018.
