CONSENT – New Business: 1C MINUTES: Study Session – February 20, 2007 Regular Meeting – February 20, 2007 2C Code Amendment, Chapter 14, Administrative Relief, Suburban Ranch Districts Discussion and possible action to concur with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation and adopt ORD. 07-10 amending Chapter 14 of the Peoria City Code (1977 Edition), Article 14-39, to extend the allowances for Administrative Relief to Suburban Ranch Districts (SR-35 and SR-43). 3C Contract, Jani-King of Phoenix, Janitorial Services Discussion and possible action to: a) Award a one-year term contract with an option of up to four one-year extensions in an approximate annual amount of $95,131 to Jani-King of Phoenix for janitorial services for the cleaning of five utility sites, the Sunrise Library, and the Sunrise Family Center (LCON03307); b) Approve the use of Water and Wastewater Reserves; and c) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $68,630 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Janitorial Services Account within the Greenway Water Treatment Fund in the amount of $11,869; the Jomax Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund in the amount of $5,460; the Beardsley Operation Building Fund in the amount of $44,725; the Beardsley Wastewater Treatment Plant Fund in the amount of $4,416; and the Quintero Water Treatment Plant Fund in the amount of $2,160. 4C Contract, Entellus, Waterline Design, Lone Mountain Parkway Discussion and possible action to award a contract in the amount of $538,881 to Entellus for the design of a 36-inch waterline along the future Lone Mountain Parkway from Lake Pleasant Parkway to El Mirage Road and crossings at the Agua Fria River and at the Beardsley Canal.
