(LCON02307) 8C Contract, Salt River Project, Electrical Power Service, Butler Water Reclamation Facility Discussion and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Salt River Project (SRP) to design and install permanent electrical power service for the Butler Water Reclamation Facility for a one-time design fee in the amount of $40,015 and an ongoing monthly facility fee of $6,023. (Project P-0705) (LCON02807) 11C Contract, Red Oak Consulting, Impact Fee Analysis Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve a contract in the amount of $158,500 with Red Oak Consulting for an impact fee analysis and update (LCON02907); b) Authorize the use of reserves; and c) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $158,500 from the General Fund Contingency Account to various impact fee accounts. 12C Contract, Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineers, 91st Avenue and Deer Valley Road Intersection Improvements Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve Contract Amendment No. 3 in the amount of $24,419.40 with Kirkham Michael Consulting Engineers for design changes required for the 91st Avenue and Deer Valley Road intersection improvements, additional utility coordination, traffic signal modifications and post design services (LCON01305C); and b) Approve a budget transfer in the amount of $24,419.40 within the project from the Highway User Fund Street System Construction Account to the Highway User Fund Street System Design Account. 13C Contract Amendment, Loris and Associates, Inc., Skunk Creek Trail Project Discussion and possible action to approve Contract Amendment No. 1 in the not-to-exceed amount of $122,800 with Loris and Associates, Inc. for engineering services and development of construction documents for the Skunk Creek Trail project.
