(Project R060061) 12C Authorization to Hold an Executive Session Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.03.A.5: Authorize an Executive Session for the purpose of discussion and consultation with legal counsel and designated representatives of the public body pertaining to contract negotiations with employee organizations. Note: Executive Session will be held after the adjournment of the 7:00 p.m. Regular City Council Meeting. REGULAR AGENDA NEW BUSINESS 13R Contract, T2 Architecture Group, LLC, Women’s Club Building Relocation Discussion and possible action to: a) Award a contract in an amount not to exceed $118,925 to T2 Architecture Group, LLC for design services relating to the relocation of the Women’s Club building (LCON01907); and b) Authorize an expenditure in the amount of $90,000 for owner- related expenses. 14R Contract Amendment, Haydon Building Corporation, Pedestrian Bridge, New River to Rio Vista Community Park Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve Contract Amendment No. 7 in the amount of $1,088,191 to Haydon Building Corporation for construction of a pedestrian bridge over New River connecting to Rio Vista Community Park (LCON13004G); b) Authorize expenditures in the amount of $431,382 for furniture, fixtures, and equipment to operate and maintain the recreation center; c) Authorize expenditures in the amount of $270,000 for information technology supplies and equipment; and d) Authorize budget transfers in the amount of $350,190 from the Citywide Park Impact Fee Fund, Operational Supplies/Equipment Account; and $17,120 from the Citywide Park Impact Fee Fund, IT Technology Systems Account to the Citywide Park Impact Fee Fund, Parks Improvements Account. 15R Budget Transfer, Public Works Department, Luke Days Celebration Discussion and possible action to: a) Authorize the use of staff and resources to assist Luke Air Force Base in the preparation of an off-base parking area for the Luke Days celebration; b) Authorize the use of reserves from the Highway User Fund; and c) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $12,000 from the Highway User Fund Contingency Account to the Highway User Fund Street Maintenance Operating Account. 16R Sale of Peoria General Obligation Bonds Discussion and possible action to review and approve RES. 07-34 authorizing the sale and issuance of City of Peoria, Arizona, General Obligation Bonds (Projects of 1990, 1994, 2000 AND 2005), Series A (2007), in the principal amount of $94,380,000; providing for the annual levy of a tax on all the taxable property within the City of Peoria, Arizona, to provide for the payment of interest and principal of said bonds; appointing a Bond Registrar and Paying Agent and authorizing execution of a contract in connection therewith; approving a Continuing Disclosure Undertaking pertaining to providing ongoing disclosure with respect to said bonds and authorizing execution of such undertaking; ratifying the distribution of a Preliminary Official Statement with respect to said bonds and approving an Official Statement with respect to said bonds; awarding a contract for the purchase of said bonds and declaring an emergency.
