RES. 07-06 Appointing Bonnie Apperson and Patty Fusco, as regular members to the Sister Cities Board, to terms to expire December 2010; Appointing John Buonagurio and Robert Ware, as regular members to the Sister Cities Board, to terms to expire December 2009; Appointing James Flonacher and Mary Matheson, as regular members to the Sister Cities Board, to terms to expire December 2008; and Appointing Penny Hughes, as a regular member to the Sister Cities Board, to a term to expire December 2007. RES. 07-07 Appointing Doris Gosney, as a regular member to the Veterans Memorial Board, to a term to expire December 2008; and Appointing Reed Webber, as a regular member to the Veterans Memorial Board, to a term to expire December 2007. 3C Rezoning, 83rd Avenue and Olive Avenue Discussion and possible action to concur with the Planning and Zoning Commission’s recommendation and adopt ORD. 07-03 to rezone approximately 1.42 gross acres generally located south of the southeast corner of 83rd Avenue and Olive Avenue from Light Industrial (I-1) to Community Commercial (C-2). (Z 06-10) 4C Contract, Salt River Project, Intersection Improvements, 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road Discussion and possible action to authorize the City Engineer to execute a contract in the amount of $62,771 with Salt River Project (SRP) for the construction of electrical facilities for the 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road Intersection Improvement Project. Construction of Arizona, 79th Avenue Waterline Construction, Greenway Road to the Peoria Sports Complex Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve Contract Amendment No. 2 in the amount of $18,536.67 with S.J.L. Construction of Arizona for additional work in Skunk Creek associated with the installation of the 79th Avenue waterline construction project from Greenway Road to the Peoria Sports Complex (LCON07806B); b) Approve the use of Water Reserves; and c) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $6,519 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Water Fund, Water Systems Account. 6C Contract Amendment, Entellus Engineering, 75th Avenue Waterline, Olive Avenue to Cholla Street Discussion and possible action to approve Contract Amendment No. 3 in an amount not to exceed $12,300 with Entellus Engineering for additional construction administration/management and inspection services on the new 16-inch waterline along 75th Avenue from Olive Avenue to Cholla Street. (LCON10203C) 7C Budget Transfer, Community Services Department, Temporary Fence Installation, Osuna Park Discussion and possible action to: a) Authorize the use of General Fund Reserves; and b) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $22,000 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Osuna Park Landscape Supplies Account for the installation of temporary fencing with a visual barrier screen within Osuna Park around the commercial development site located near the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts. 8C Reclaimed Water Availability, Calendar Year 2007 Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation of the Utilities Director by declaring approximately 2,659 acre-feet of treated reclaimed water is available for use in Calendar Year 2007 in accordance with Section 25-52 of the Peoria City Code (1992 Edition). 9C Amended Plat, Peoria Crossings, 91st Avenue and Northern Avenue Discussion and possible action to approve the amended plat for Peoria Crossings located at the northwest corner of 91st Avenue and Northern Avenue, subject to stipulations. (Z 06-19) 13R Intergovernmental Agreement, Peoria Unified School District Discussion and possible action to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Peoria Unified School District for the installation of fiber optic cabling into existing City conduit for use by both entities, including the installation of new conduit where necessary. (LCON00807) 14R Property Acquisition/Eminent Domain, Pinnacle Peak Road and New River Discussion and possible action to: a) Adopt RES. 07-09 authorizing the City Attorney to acquire, through negotiations or through the power of eminent domain, the land rights necessary for the Pinnacle Peak Road right-of- way and the New River east bank stabilization drainage easement; and b) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Riverwalk Peoria Development, LLC for acquisition of the drainage easement.
