(Z 06-21) 5C Water System Master Plan Discussion and possible action to adopt the 2006 update to the Water System Master Plan. 6C Additional Staffing, Materials Management Division Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve a permanent position in the Materials Management Division for a contract officer for the procurement of design and construction services for the Capital Improvement Program; b) Approve the use of General Fund Reserves; and c) Authorize a budget amendment in the amount of $93,807 from the General Fund Contingency Account to various accounts to provide for the increased staffing. 7C Intergovernmental Agreement, Arizona Department of Transportation, Beardsley Road Extension Project Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 06-182 approving an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Arizona, Department of Transportation (ADOT) for the review of design documents for the Beardsley Road Extension Project. (LCON12406) 8C Intergovernmental Agreement, Maricopa County Flood Control District, Glendale-Peoria Area Drainage Master Plan Discussion and possible action to approve an intergovernmental agreement with the Maricopa County Flood Control District for the update of the Glendale-Peoria Area Drainage Master Plan, Northwest Region. (LCON12506) 9C Cooperative Use Agreement, Valley Metro RPTA, Transit System Replacement Vehicles Discussion and possible action to approve a cooperative use agreement in the amount of $259,200 with Valley Metro RPTA for the purchase of four transit replacement vehicles. (Project PW00133DS) 21C Budget Transfer, Utilities Department, Beardsley Water Reclamation Facility Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve the use of reserves from the Water Fund; and b) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $49,884 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Wastewater Impact Fees Other Professional Services Account for a Hydrogeologic Study at the Beardsley Water Reclamation Facility. 22C Budget Transfer, Utilities Department, Geographic Information System Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve the use of reserves from the Water Fund; and b) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $30,000 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Water Resources Personnel Services Account for contract labor and continued use of an outside Geographic Information System contractor. 23C Budget Transfer, Utilities Department, Regional Groundwater Pumping and Recharge Discussion and possible action to: a) Approve the use of reserves from the Water Fund; and b) Authorize a budget transfer in the amount of $47,000 from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Water Resources Other Professional Services Account for a groundwater modeling study to simulate the effects of regional groundwater pumping and recharge in the North Peoria, Vistancia area. 24C Neighborhood Traffic Management Program, 95th Avenue Residential Traffic Control Area Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 06-183 for the Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) to amend the existing 95th Avenue Residential Traffic Control Area, previously established by RES. 05-85, as follows: 95th Avenue/Butler Drive, bounded by Olive Avenue to the north, Las Palmaritas Drive to the south, 94th Avenue to the east and 99th Avenue to the west. 25C Maintenance Improvement District No. 1056, Rock Springs III, 82nd Drive and Jomax Road Discussion and possible action to approve the Petition of Formation and adopt RES. 06-184 intention and ordering formation of proposed Maintenance Improvement District No. 1056, Rock Springs III, located at 82nd Drive and Jomax Road; and adopt RES. 06-185 ordering the work within the proposed Maintenance Improvement District. 26C Abandon Easement, Ghit Acres, 68th Avenue and Camino de Oro Discussion and possible action to adopt RES. 06-186 abandoning a portion of an easement located at the northeast corner of 68th Avenue and Camino de Oro for street and highway purposes.
