Beginning at approximately 10:30 a.m. on Monday, July 7, 2008, one or more 
members of various Boards and Commissions may assemble at Peoria City 
Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe Street, Peoria, AZ for a tour of the City of Peoria 
and the City of Phoenix with the Sister City Young Ambassadors. No City 
business will be discussed, and no official action will be taken.

Beginning at approximately 5:30 p.m. to approximately 8:00 p.m. on Monday, 
July 7, 2008, one or more members of the Peoria City Council and various 
Boards and Commissions may be present for the Young Ambassadors 
Welcome Celebration to be held at Peoria City Hall, Pine Room, located at 8401 
W. Monroe Street, Peoria, AZ.  No City business will be discussed, and no 
official action will be taken.  

Beginning at approximately 7:00 p.m. to approximately 9:00 p.m. on Friday, 
July 11, 2008, one or more members of the Peoria City Council and various 
Boards and Commissions may be present for the Young Ambassadors Farewell 
Dinner Celebration to be held at Lis Doon Varna Pub located at 16110 N. 
Arrowhead Fountain Center, Peoria, AZ.  No City business will be discussed, 
and no official action will be taken.
