Vistancia Community Facilities District (VCFD) Agenda Packets

Community Facilities Districts provide a method of financing, constructing, maintaining and operating public improvements in undeveloped areas of the City. The Vistancia Community Facilities District (VCFD) was established on October 15, 2002 to assist in financing certain infrastructure improvements necessary for development of the 7,100 acre Vistancia development. For the Vistancia Community Facilities District, Council has chosen to serve as the District Board.
