Peoria Cold Case Files

A cold case is a case that remains unsolved for at least one year after being reported to law enforcement and has no viable and unexplored investigatory leads.

Because of recent advancements in fingerprint and DNA technology, many cold cases are being re-examined to determine if this technology can help in solving these crimes.

Another method in solving cold cases is with the help of members of our community who have knowledge and information to develop leads that aid in the arrest and prosecution of these perpetrators.

Below is a synopsis of cold cases for the City of Peoria. If you have any info to assist our Agency in solving these deaths, please contact:

  • The Peoria Police Department Investigations Unit at (623) 773-7097
