Utility Bill Payment Options

Automatic Monthly Withdrawal:

The City of Peoria has two ways to sign-up for automatic withdrawal with our secure online utility account website, myaccount, or with our automatic monthly withdrawal form. 

Online Sign-up: 

• Log-in to myaccount.peoriaaz.gov and click on "Setup Automatic Payments". 
• Choose your desired option:
          • Checking/Savings Account Setup/Change
          • Credit/Debit Card Account Setup/Change
• Fill in your account information and click submit.

Fillable Form Sign-up: 

Checking/Savings Accounts: Please complete Option 1 of the form.  

Credit/Debit Cards: Please complete Option 2 of the form.   
  

Print and mail or fax the form to the location/number provided on the document.  

Credit Card: 

The City of Peoria accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards.  To pay by credit card, use one of the following three options: 

Online:  To pay with a credit card online, register with the City of Peoria’s secure online account management service, myaccount.  To register and access your account, click here. 

Automated Phone Payment:  Dial (623)-773-7160 to pay your utility bill with our automated phone system. 

Mail:  

Please write your account number on your check, make checks payable to the City of Peoria, and mail to:
