Extended Hours To Serve You Better Effective July 5, City of Peoria office hours will be Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and closed on Fridays. Utility Payment Assistance Program
We are currently not accepting applications for this program.
The City of Peoria provides emergency utility assistance to qualified low/moderate income and/or HUD eligible Peoria residents. This program is on a one-time only basis. Assistance will be made on past due amounts with a limit of $300.00.
Eligible Assistance:
- Water bill
- Gas bill
- Electric bill
Ineligible Assistance:
- Deposits for utility services
- Late fees or service charges
- Rent or mortgage assistance
