About the Customer Service Center

The Customer Service Center's responsibilities are to collect water, wastewater and solid waste user's fees; process sales tax and business license applications and issue licenses; process and verify sales tax returns; initiate and process applications for starting and terminating utility services; initiate service orders for delivery of solid waste containers; install, repair and replace water meters, investigate water leaks, and resolve customer complaints.  We are here to assist you in person, by telephone or by email.

 

The Customer Service Center is located in City Hall at 8401 W. Monroe Street - Floor 2, Peoria, AZ 85345. Hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Thursday.

 

 

View and Pay Your Utility Bill Online

With the City of Peoria's online utility account access, you may view your account information, including your current and past water usage.

 

You may also pay your utility bill online.  The online utility account website is a secure website.  To log-on, click here or go to myaccount.peoriaaz.gov.

 

Sewer Fee Appeal

 

The Sewer Fee Appeal form is available from July 1 through October 31 each year. The 2010 Sewer Fee Appeal form is now available. Click here to enter your information. If you have questions regarding the Sewer Fee Appeal, please contact Customer Service at 623-773-7160.
