The Peoria Arts Commission   Latest News   Rio Vista Recreation Center Mosaic Mural Project.  The mosaic mural, which is 45' x 10', was created from thousands of pieces of hand-cut glass tile, colored mirror, and stained glass. It is designed to compliment the fluid design of the Rio Vista Recreation Center.
