Start or Stop Service 

 

Start Service:

 

Services may be started with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.  There is a $28.00 turn-on fee that will be reflected on your first bill.

 

Homeowners:  For faster service, please have the following information available: 

 

Escrow/Title company information/Date of closing
Homeowner name/Address/Home phone number
Alternate phone number (if applicable)
Social security number
Employer name/Employer phone number (if applicable)

Landlords:  For faster service, please have the following information available: 

 

A valid City of Peoria business license
Verification that tenant started/stopped utility services

Registration with Maricopa County (click here to access the Maricopa County website)

Renters/Tenants:  For faster service, please have the following information available: 

 

Signed lease/rental agreement
Completed “Application for Service-Tenant” form (click here)  
$200 deposit

Stop Service:

 

To stop water or sewer service, you will need to contact the Customer Service Center. 

 

The Customer Service Center can be reached via phone, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 623-773-7160.  You may also visit the Customer Service Center in Peoria City Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe - Floor 2, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
