Monroe - Floor 2 to start service.   Stop Service:   To stop water or sewer service, you will need to contact the Customer Service Center.    The Customer Service Center can be reached via phone, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 623-773-7160.  You may also visit the Customer Service Center in Peoria City Hall, located at 8401 W. Monroe - Floor 2, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
