Rio Vista Recreation Center       The Rio Vista Recreation Center was designed to be a versatile, family friendly facility. Its numerous amenities and programs are intended to engage residents and promote healthy lifestyles. Home to a number of firsts in our city; the first public gymnasium, the first indoor racquetball courts, the first climbing wall and so much more.   The Rio Vista Recreation Center is unique. Great care was taken in the design process to create a facility which would complement one of the West Valley's busiest parks. Its beauty is evident both inside and out. With commanding views of the lake and surrounding park, combined with natural interior finishes, Rio Vista Recreation Center will be a point of pride for generations of Peoria residents.     Latest News   Thanks to the Peoria Arts Commission, Rio Vista Recreation Center will be the recipient of a beautiful mural in the center's lobby.
