City of Peoria Special Events   Next Event - Peoria's Halloween Monster Bash & Balloon Illumination   October 31, 2009 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Peoria Sports Complex, 16101 N. 83rd Ave  Looking for a safe place to take the kids on Halloween? What better way than at Peoria’s Halloween Monster Bash & Balloon Illumination. Some of the highlights of this event are the Parade of Costumes Contest, carnival games, hot air balloons that the kids can trick or treat from, inflatable activities, Mad Science, make-n-take crafts, story-time, puppet shows, entertainment and much more.   Some activities require a minimal fee.
