Statistics show that eight out of ten children who are placed in a child safety seat and/or booster seat are improperly restrained. Though it may seem like an uncomplicated task, there are many variables that go into properly using and installing a child passenger seat. Unfortunately, an improperly restrained child can be subject to a serious injury or in some cases killed in a crash. Do you know that your car seat is installed properly? Please don't take the chance.
Car seat installations are available by appointment only at the Fire Administration Building, located at 83rd Avenue and Cinnabar, Monday through Friday. For an appointment, please call Tim Eiden at 623-773-7919.
