Welcome to the City of Peoria's Aquatics Program   Thanks for a great summer!   The pools are now closed for the off-season.    Plan on joining us for the 2010 Winter Water Safety Day and Polar Plunge. Saturday, January 9, 2010.  8:00am - 10:00am Sunrise Pool - 21321 N. 86th Dr. Free Breakfast!   Come join us for a brisk morning swim and help promote water safety.  The pool hasn't been heated since November, and the temperature is estimated to be in the 50's.  Those daring enough to swim across will receive a free T-shirt marking their accomplishment.   All "Plungers" (swimmers), please register using code 56134.   If you would like to donate to provide a two-week swim lesson to a child in need, please use the following codes: $18* - 1 two-week swim lesson, code 56178  $90* - 5 two-week swim lessons, code 56179  $180* - 10 two-week swim lessons, code 56180  *All donations are tax deductible through PLAY Peoria, Inc.  Receipts will be mailed following the event.   2010 programming information coming soon.   If you have further questions, please email us at aquatics@peoriaaz.gov.
